A D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) product is a product which is defect after your received the product and opened the box and bu some kind of reason it is not working properly.

Please contact us directly when you notice this !!

We do not accept D.O.A.-products after 10 days of the date your transport company collected your shipment.
