General Terms for RMA
As soon as you receive from us an E-mail / Phone call that your RMA has been accepted, you can send the product back to us.
Please notice that we need to know the clear description of the failure. To write down only 'Defect', 'Does not Work' or 'Malfunctioning' is not an acceptable failure, as our technical department does not know what the failure is. This will automatically result in not being able to check the status of the product.
In order to find the failure we will charge your company researchcost of € 30 or the product will be send back to you and the transportcost will be charged.
When you return defect products to us, please pay attention to below aspects:

Products need to be in original packadge, including all cables, manuals etc.

US Blaster does not accept that changes or modifications are made on the products of US Blaster.
|
|
3.
|
The products need to be in Commercial Box and packed all together in a Master Carton in order to avoid any transportdamage.
NO STICKERS OR TAPE ON ORGINAL COMMERCIAL BOX.

4.
|
If there are items missing in the box, then US Blaster will keep the right to charge you the amount of these items
|
|
5.
|
Print the RMA form and place it in the box with a copy of the invoice.
|
|
6.
|
Make sure that the RMA number is placed on the Master Carton
|
If you do not aplly to above terms, US Blaster keeps the right to refuse your RMA and to charge you with researchcost or transportcost.
