How to pack a RMA ?

The pictures below will inform you how you must pack your RMA, before you want to send it to us. The subscription will give you a explanation.


Picture 1: THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY!!!


Picture 2: Make sure there is a good and hard underground in the box. Best to use for this is some snippers like above in the picture or some styro foam.


Picture 3: Place the product in the Box. If the product is already in a Commercial Box, please place this commercial box in the mastercarton.  


Picture 4: You can cut off the box and make the box smaller in hight in order that your box is not so hich and fill it up with snippers of Styro Foam.

Picture 5: Please make sure our address is placed on the Box
THE RMA-NUMBER MUST BE PLACED READABLE ON THE BOX !!
