PROCEDURE
1. Products in Stock ?
Before you place an order, please LOGIN to our Dealer-website where you can see our stock. It will help you to find out if your requested product is in stock.
You can LOGIN with your e-mailaddress and Password which you received from us.
If you still have no account, you can make one by filling in our FORM.
If you have forgot your password, please contact our managers.
2. Orders
When you have your order ready, you can send it to us by e-mail / fax or call us;

3. Further Procedure;
Step 1: Payment
We only accept payments T/T on Advance. You will need to transfer to our bank account the amount from the Proforma Invoice
Step 2: Receiving your payment
It will take 3/4 working days to receive your payment on our accont. After receiving your real-time confirmation from our bank of your irrevocable payment your order will be prepaired for transport.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT TT COPIES OF TRANSFERS FROM YOUR BANK !!
Step3: Transport
You will receive from us the Shipping Details of your order. Please be informed that these details will only be given to you and send to your email address only !!
For safety reasons we will not give the details to transport companies which contact us directly.
Step 4: Pick Up
Your transport company can pick up the order from 7.30 am till 16.30 pm ( Monday - Friday)

Please be informed that your order will be packed on pallets with a black sealing and all documents will be given to the driver. After signing the documents by the driver all risks of transport will be transferred to your account.
