Processing RMA-product
After receiving your RMA request by US Blaster and we accept the product, you will receive from us a RMA-number. Please save this RMA-number as your RMA will be booked in our system under this number.
The further proces of your RMA, you can follow by LOGIN to our web-site and click on the section 'RMA Overview'.
In this overview you can see all RMA's which you have send to us. All RMA's have their own number which we assign. You can click on each RMA number to see the status of your RMA.
The specifications are:
- Handling. This means that we are checking if the product can be repaired
- Repaired. The product is repaired and will be send back to you
- Credited. The product can not be repaired and you will ge a Credit Note.
If you click on the RMA number you will get a total list of products which you have placed in the RMA request form and you can see which problems where found with all detailed information.
The time-period we need in order to handle your RMA is 14 days. This period starts from the date that we receive your RMA at our company.
We are working by the system First-In / First-Out. This means that all RMA will be treated in accordance to the time/date of delivery of your packedge.
In case that your product needs to be tested accordingly to our specification, this can take some time longer.
