RMA - Procedure
When you have products of US Blaster that are malfunctioning and still under our warranty terms, you can acquire our RMA-request form. This form you can obtain by sending an e-mail to our RMA-department. When all required information is filled in, please mail or fax this form with the corresponding invoice to our RMA-department. Within 24 hours, we will send a RMA number for the accepted items.

We do not have many regulations, but the ones we have are carefully obtained;
RMA regulations are:
- 1) If you have a technical department, please let them first check the possibilities if they can repair the products themselves with spare-parts which US Blaster would send.
- 2) Much of our spare-parts will be send to you for free by post or with your next order. Only spare-parts for PA speakers, like tweeters and woofers will need to be purchased.
- 3) If it is impossible for your company to repair the products, please acquire a RMA form. The necessary RMA-application form can be obtained via email rma@usblaster.com
- 4) Please complete the RMA form with ALL the requested information, stating clearly the item number, product description, quantity, invoice number relating to the effected goods and a clear description of the failure. You may return this form via email rma@usblaster.com , or fax [ +31 15 251 67 59 ].
- 5) Partially completed application forms cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Please notice that we need to know the clear description of the failure. To write down only "Defect" or "Does not Work" is not an acceptable failure, as our technical department does not know what the failure is. This will automatically result in not being able to check the status of the product and the RMA-product will be send back. We always advise to save a copy of this RMA form, as you maybe will need it in the future
- 6) Please be informed that products that are malfunctioning by improper use of customers have NO warranty. Example burned voice coil of subwoofers / speakers or burned through Amplifiers.
- 7) The RMA service applies only to direct customers of US Blaster Europe BV. Defect goods from end-users or parties with no direct commercial relationship will be refused. In this case please refer to original point of purchase.
- 8) RMA products which you want to return need to have a clear RMA number on the outer delivery packaging. DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING ON THE COMMERCIAL BOX ! On the outer carton you can attach a clear copy of the RMA form. All products should be sent to US Blaster as supplied in the original commercial packaging, complete with the user manual and all original accessories.
- 9) US Blaster retains the right not to credit goods returned which are affected by one or more of the following conditions: user abuse; expired warranty period; incomplete products; unclear defect descriptions; incomplete / incorrect invoice number.
- 10) The sender / customer is responsible for any transportation.

Please notice that RMA shipments from customers outside the European Union need to pass the Customs procedure in the Netherlands. It can take a couple of days until we receive the RMA products in our RMA department.
ALL US BLASTER PRODUCTS CARRY 1 YEAR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE !
