Transportdamage
First of all it is important that you NEVER accept a damaged packedge or opened sealing on the pallet. If you do so and there are products missing or damaged, then it will be your responsibility and US Blaster can not be held responsible for this lose of products or damage.
In case that a product has been damaged in transport you need to do the following:
- In case that the damage can be seen from outside, you need to contact your forwarder and claim there the damage
- In case that the damage can not be seen from outside, you need to inform us within 10 days of the day your forwarder has picked up the order and we can investigate what has happened
US BLASTER HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE ON PRODUCTS DURING THE TRANSPORT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE TO YOUR COMPANY
All products are delivered Ex-Works or FOB and the risk of transport switches to your company, directly when your forwarder signs for all documents.
We advice therefore that your truckdriver inspects the pallets before he signs for it and that your forwarder has a decent insurance for the products which he transports.
