Wrongly Delivered Products
If you receive a product which you have not ordered, please contact at all time our office. Our managers will help you further in sending this product back to us.
The products need to be in original commercial box and also packed so that the commercial box and the product can not get damaged in transport.
The risk of sending the products back is on behalf of the sender.
Please pack the products good in order to avoid any transport damage ( see "How to pack a RMA?" ).
The time you have to react is 10 days from the date your forwarder picks up the order at our warehouse. It will be your responsibility to notice a product which is delivered wrong and to inform us.
If you do not react in these 10 days, US Blaster has the legal right not to accept your request !!
